my mother

You were my fairy tale princess,

when I needed comforting
You always found the time.
Your words were more soothing
Than days of childhood sublime.

Now the distance holds us apart,
The boundaries have no end.
I'll hold the memories in my heart.
You're my mother, my best friend

The poor and innocent women shut in zenana!
How you can trust men who is capable of doing number of
endless mistakes, out of doors?
Toru Dutt.
Imitiaz Dharker's poem “Purdah -1” describe a poor condition of a women of 16 century. During that time the women were forced to be purdah as purdah was regarded as the instrument to protect them from evil gaze. But the muslim womens hate the purdah they wear. The famous writer Kamla Das of that time says that “she loves the orthodox society and purdah that muslim womens wear” .By lisening these words by Kamla Das many womens came forward and defend them and raise their voice against the purdah system . Their aim was to tear the purdah and wants the equal status of that of men in society.Due to this many womens writers and native womens starting questioning themselves:-
They don't have any hands in the economic.social and political
affairs of their country as men has
This time the womens were questioning the society and reawakening took place in them. By this kind of behaviour menfolk got shock and they started making excuse that God wants them to be in purdah as :-
God wants them to learn some shame,
its their duty that when god comes ,
they should stand up and bow their head ,
before him.
On this the womens said they are old enough to learn some shame,as they found it came naturally. So , Imitaiz Dharkar Purdah 1 depicts the sorry condition of womens and it is also a poem based on the inner voice of muslim womens that they want to tear up purdah system .

FEMINISM

Sunday, September 19, 2010

ONe is not born as a women,
rather one becomes a women.
THese great words are shared with us by great supporting female Elaine Showalter. By these words she is trying to convey us that the moment we understand the Biological difference between male and female we  support Feminism.
In 16th Century their was a great overwhemling question for a women TO BE A WRITER OR NOT TO BE A WRITER? as that time the condition of women was quite miserable they were not allowded to come out of the houses. the menfolk consider females as their slaves as the think that the womens are made by god to serve them and look about their childrens. The condition of muslim women was quite worst as they were force to wear Purdah on them.
The poor innocent women was shut in zenana,
How could you trust this men out of house?
who keep on doing number of endless mistakes.
Think about it? and my next answer will be soon displayed in my blog which will clear your whole doubts. i will recall the PUrdah  system again.

i love u more then words

As I stare at the sky,
I see a shooting star.
I think of you
And all that we could be.

I made a wish
Upon that shooting star,
Hoping you would love me
The way that I love you.

When I looked into your eyes
I knew it was true;
I loved you,
And I thought you loved me too.

Since then you found a girl;
I wish that I was her,
But I am not,
And I won't stop wishing for you.

I love you more than words could say;
I wish I could hold you night and day.
I'll love you always and forever,
Even if you don't love me.

RELATIONSHIP

Can anyone of us come front and give the universal defination of love. What is love and How love begins and How long it lasts???? In today era everone has individual defination on love in their pockets...yaeh i am right.
Today the thing matters not in finding the exact defination of love rather than finding a right person in our life. Some says that pairs are made in Heaven.....But how can you exactly think so when the newly married couples gets divorced and again finding someone for marriage and that time they used to point out that God does not want them together or God has not made them for eachother.....it is really a stupid mark.....but it makes us think is this exactly  God wants?? No really how it could be possible that god has made two or more than two persons for one person .........no finally we can say pairs are not made in heaven they are naturally made by us on the earth.......some gets nice person in their life some gets bad person which make life a worst one.For making any relationship a beautiful one is keeping the trust in the relationship ........dont ever trust anyone except your partner because you have live a whole life with your partner not with the third party.....none will come around you when your home scattered. Finally you will be thinking that if our lifepartner always making us fool and breaking our trust then only we should be in love with our partner? i will like to comment on such sistuation be in that relationship till that time when there is trust if once broken its ok try to find the reason where is the gap and why our partner had tryed this....but still if you are having doubt on your innocent partner make easy for both just BREAKUP as why the innocent person should be hurted everytime by your stupid doubts........

Mobile Apps cross-platform development

By mobile applications development we mean the process by which the
applications are developed for hand held devices. These include PDA's, mobile
phones, etc. These applications may either come by default installed on the
phone during manufacture or they can be downloaded from the support website
of the phone company. There are also some other sources that give these
applications for install and run on the mobile phones, these type of applications
which are not provided by the mobile phone company are called third party
applications. The phone allows the installation of a third party application but
the manufacturer does not guarantee the working of such an application. The
applications may be related to gaming, softwares, online services, etc

On the basis of mobile phone applications development platforms being used
nowdays here are the technologies of applications explained:

Android: Android is an open sourse operating system for mobile phones. It also
comes to be used in notebooks and tablet computers. It is a linux based OS, it is
developed by google. HTC is a phone company that uses android as its platform.
The applications for Android are made in java language.

iOS: iOS is the mobile operating system used in Apple's handheld devices. iOS
is owned by Apple, it was originally developed for iphone and has now being
developed for iPad also. Apple does not allow the use of iOS on any other third
party hardware. The multitasking ability was made functional in iOS4, before this
multitasking ability was limited to a section of applications. iOS does not support
flash, so sometimes information based on flash is not viewable, this is common
while browsing web pages.

BlackBerry: A Canadian company Research In Motion (RIM) develops the
BlackBerry OS. It is used for BlackBerry devices, it is a multitasking environment
OS, the operating system provides support for Java MIDP 1.0 and WAP 1.2.,
the current OS 5.0 provides a subset of MIDP 2.0. Developers make third party
applications using the APIs provided by blackberry.

Symbian: The symbian mobile platform is most popular in india. This type
plateform is very commonly used in nokia phones. it was officially made open
source in Feb/2010.

Now the capabilities of these smartphones have been taken to the next level and thus the users can expect better and more robust mobile app development and get applications to perform more complex functions in even better .

PLASTIC MONEY RULING EVERY POCKET

Tuesday, September 7, 2010

Almost every consumer and business in the U.S. has one or more credit cards. With these financial tools being so popular, there needs to be an abundant amount of information available on how to understand, apply for, and utilize credit cards in a responsible manner.

Learn the key credit cards terms, the different types of cards, and how to choose a card.

CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES:FIXED RATE VS VARIABLE RATE

Credit card interest rates can either be fixed or variable. In reality, both interest rates can change, but there are stricter rules about fixed rate increases.

BALANCE TRANSFER

A credit card balance transfer is a type of transaction where you use one credit card to pay off another credit card's balance. Balance transfers can help you save money, but they can also lead to debt if they're not done right

JOINT ACCOUNT HOLDER AND AN AUTHORISED USER

There are two ways you can add someone to your credit card - as a joint account holder or as an authorized user. Both people can make charges using the credit card, but only the joint account holder is legally obligated to pay the credit card balance.

PREPAID CARD

Prepaid credit cards are simply Visa, MasterCard, or American Express branded gift cards that are loaded with money and used as credit cards where credit cards are accepted

SECURED CREDIT CARDS

A secured credit card lets you make a deposit against the credit limit on the card. If you're not able to get approved for a traditional credit card a secured credit card is a good option

TIPS FOR CHOOSING CREDIT CARD

There are different types of credit cards. It only makes sense that you'd choose them differently. Different features are important when you're choosing a balance transfer credit card than when you're choosing a standard credit card. Learn how to choose a credit card based on its type.

Choosing a Standard Credit Card
The standard credit card is the most common type of credit card. It has a revolving balance with an interest rate and finance charges when you carry a balance beyond the grace period.

Choosing a Secured Credit Card
A secured credit card requires you to make a deposit against the credit limit on the account. Secured credit cards often have more fees than standard credit cards.

Choosing a Balance Transfer Credit Card
Balance transfer credit cards are good for combining several credit card balances or for taking advantage of a lower interest rate

Choosing a Rewards Credit Card
Rewards credit cards give you free "stuff" based on your card usage. The key to choosing a rewards card is finding one that rewards you more than it costs.

Choosing a Student Credit Card
Student credit cards are designed for college-aged consumers who are just starting out with credit. These cards typically give credit to college students who lack a credit history.
FEATURES:

Credit Limit:

Your credit limit is the maximum amount you can charge on the card. This includes purchases, balance transfers, cash advances, finance charges, and fees. When you go over your credit limit, your creditor may charge a fee, an over-the-limit fee.

Balance:

The balance on your credit card at any given time is the total of your purchases, finance charges, and credit card fees. The higher your credit card balance, the lower the available credit you have to make additional purchases, unless you have a charge card or no-limit credit card. Higher balances raise your credit utilization and lower your credit score.

APR:

The annual percentage rate (APR) is the interest rate applied a balance carried beyond the grace period. Credit cards can have different APRs for different types of balances, e.g. balance transfers or purchases. Balance transfers and cash advances usually have higher APRs than for purchases.

Your APR may increase when you're late on your payment to a particular creditor, and other creditors if your card agreement includes a universal default clause.

APRs can be fixed or variable. A fixed APR can change, but the creditor must inform you in writing before changing the rate. A variable APR changes from time to time.

Grace Period:

The grace period is the amount of time you have to pay your balance in full before a finance charge is applied to your purchase. If you carried a balance from the previous month, you may not have a grace period for your new purchases. In addition, balance transfers and cash advances typically do not have a grace period.

When balances don't have an applicable grace period, interest is applied right away.

To find out the length of the grace period refer to the credit card application or your credit card agreement. Your monthly statements should also include the number of days in the grace period

Finance Charge:

The finance charge is the cost of carrying a balance. Finance charges are computed using your balance and APR.

Creditors use different methods for calculating your finance charge. They may consider one or two billing cycles, use an adjusted, average, or previous month's balance, and may include new purchases. The least expensive to you is the average daily balance method excluding new purchases.

In cases where you must pay a finance charge (no grace period applies), your creditor may assess a minimum finance charge. If your calculated finance charge is less than the minimum, you must pay the minimum.

Incentives and Rewards:

Some credit cards offer rewards and incentives for using their credit card. Rewards come in several different forms: cash back, points to redeem, and discounts.

Credit Card Fees:

There are different situations that you might incur credit card fees. Annual fee, finance charge, late fee, and over-the-limit fee are some of the most common fees

TOURIST CENTRAL ATTRACTION

PARADISE ON EARTH

Srinagar, the summer seat of the government of the state of Jammu and Kashmir has long been one of India's most popular tourist destinations. In part, this has had to do with the multi-layered character of the city and its several attractions. And in part, this is because Srinagar serves as the base for the numerous places of interest and immense natural beauty that lie within Kashmir - and for most places, this remains the access point. Up to India's Independence in 1947, only the cream of the country traveled and holidayed in Kashmir. Then, within a few short years, there was a boom in tourism and this soon became the backbone of Srinagar's economy and thousands of visitors thronged to the valley of which the Mughal Emperor, Jehangir is said to have remarked in the seventeenth century, "Agar Firdaus bar rue zameen ast, Hamin ast-o, hamin ast-o, hamin ast" - If there is a Paradise on earth, it is here, it is here, it is here.

Srinagar is built on both sides of the river, Jhelum. The old city has quite a different character to the wide spaces of the parks and boulevards and gives expression to the phrase 'cheek by jowl'; this part of the city with narrow streets and houses of exposed brick and elaborate timberwork – which includes half a dozen old bridges - is also the area where many craftsmen live and work; this includes most, if not all of the city’s copper workers.

Srinagar, which lies in a valley, changes its character with every season. It gets snow-laden winds coming down from the hills fairly early in winter. The lakes practically freeze over and yet, some of the iconic houseboats tethered to the icy banks still function. The famous chinar trees and boulevards lined by poplars are stripped clean of their leaves and before rain and snow firmly hush them, they make for a remarkably noisy carpet that rustles and crunches at every step. The inner architecture and scaffolding of these magnificent trees now comes up for display with proud trunks and wiry branches. People move about with 'kangris' with clay bowls and frames of wicker, that hold smoldering bits of charcoal under heavy 'phirans', warm long tunics. In summer, Srinagar gets fairly hot and temperatures can touch 38 degrees Celsius. The numerous parks become the venue for evening promenades.
